Don't think this is a permanent solution by any means, but at least we can drive in peace and quiet until the new software update rolls out. After resetting ALL settings, I had to drive a few miles for the beeping to actually stop. This reset the seat adjustments, user preferences, and Bluetooth, but it was so worth it to get rid of the constant beeping. – EDIT – All thanks to Heather's comment, it looks like a fix for this bizarre, and quite annoying, issue is to simply reset your navigation/media console's settings completely.
